With more than 25 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, Liz has led critical security initiatives for organizations such as the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and the New York Stock Exchange. Her depth of expertise, strategic perspective, and steady leadership remain instrumental as we strengthen our offerings, stay ahead of emerging threats, and build resilient, forward-looking security programs for our clients.

Meet Sameer Ali, a trusted advisor and member of the Serket-Tech Security Board of Directors.

With more than 16 years of experience across cybersecurity and technology, Sameer brings a deeply practical, mission-driven perspective to security leadership. His career spans impactful roles at the Attorney General’s Office, USDA, L3Harris, and Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP, where he has led initiatives to strengthen security policies, mentor high-performing teams, and enhance processes and infrastructure to protect critical business functions.

Sameer’s expertise covers risk management, strategic planning, and solutions architecture, allowing him to bridge the gap between technical security controls and real-world business outcomes. He is known for helping organizations build resilient, compliant, and scalable security programs that support long-term growth.

Holding an MBA from Georgia Tech, Sameer advises organizations on cybersecurity strategy with a business-first mindset, driving operational excellence and informed decision-making both domestically and internationally.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience driving innovation across FinTech, consumer products, retail banking, insurance, and technology services. Her career has been defined by transforming complex organizations through intelligent automation, digital strategy, and customer-centric redesign, exactly the kind of perspective security leaders need right now.

As CIO at Arvest Bank, Jennifer leads enterprise technology strategy and large-scale modernization initiatives, helping the organization operate more efficiently, securely, and resiliently. With deep C-suite experience in P&L management, product innovation, and process optimization, she has consistently delivered programs that reduce costs, improve service delivery, and accelerate sustainable growth.

Beyond her executive role, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and ethical innovation. She serves on the boards of FinTech and nonprofit organizations, including Serket-Tech Security and Women in Technology, and is deeply committed to developing the next generation of technology leaders through college and university recruiting efforts.
