Jennifer Baker is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation across FinTech, consumer products, retail banking, insurance, and technology services. She specializes in transforming complex operations through intelligent automation, digital strategy, and customer experience redesign.
She currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Arvest Bank, where she leads enterprise technology strategy, modernization efforts, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Bringing deep C-suite expertise in P&L management, product innovation, and process optimization, Jennifer has led enterprise-wide programs that have improved service delivery, reduced costs, and accelerated growth through scalable and resilient operating models.

Liz Morton is Cloudflare’s Field Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Southeast region. She brings more than 25 years of deep technical and leadership experience across information security, IT, and operations in global organizations.
